first day of summer

bring me back to baseball and out doors

bring me back to when the sun was truly shinning

when the lights didn't go out in the outside until way past 10

when laughter chilling with friends and just listening to music

playing cards and drinking cool drinks was the norm

when everyday was one long blurred day and nothing else mattered

when it was time to go and truly get away,not a care in the world

summer was a time all to thy self
