Snooki getting paid more to speak than Toni Morrison

over at Rutgers University from big MTV shoe "Jersey Shore" Snooki the breakout Reality tv personality Snooki is being paid mor to give a speech than noted Author Toni Morrison. talk about a moment that makes me do a double and triple shaking my head? however another example of dumping down to appeal and sell a novelty act. these days with job lose, high cost of getting into schools,etc.. you would like to remember a great creative mind like Toni Morrison, because she has long paid her dues and made a mark. hard to say where Snooki's career is going to be in 5,10 years from now, however i got a good feeling i doubt she will be half the creative force as a writer or speaker that Toni Morrison has long ago been. the watered down version is dangerous and starts off as a joke, that then suddenly becomes taken as the real thing can we say Sarah Palin?
