walking is good exercise

i truly enjoy a good walk, and no matter what time of the year

well winter can be slick, nevertheless i get around that particular time

pretty well and manage. the conditions be it windy, foggy, sunny or rainy

i find a way to feel free upon each stride i take. walking to me is just like drinking water,

it frees the soul and gives you so much energy and movement, i feel relaxed and comfortable

after a good walk. all i need is a half hour really. things like this protect you as you get older.

i've walked for alot of years, i thank my grandmother, for encouraging it, because

it truly feels good and i don't time myself or anything, i just go one and the same with mother nature.
