a good nights rest or a good nap

what really makes me feel well rested? funny how the body works and reacts, different ways of sleeping and exactly how many hours are needed to get to said freshness. i sometimes say oh i will sleep such and such long and then don't. it catches me when i chill in a chair and nod, but then again that has always been me. what is exactly the ultimate sleep and why less works better for some and more for others?

it has to do within the mind and its function,etc.. who knows how energy gets to you and you move and do what you do.

i sleep comfortably and well and water and relaxation play a big part.
