while i had dinner

meal was full and soul was at ease

day dreaming as i glance outside the window

sirens dance down the very road we walked

in the dark and gazed into the stars above

whispered and thought of time before

seeing one and one within one

and then like a letter that arrived out of a bottle

our spirits became one and the same

a meal and drink of water

relaxed and uplifted me

a toast to more to come
