caught the phone on the second ring

delight danced across my face

as if clear blue skies were dancing

through the winter haze

bound and feeling good as if holiday

cheer was an everyday occurance

as i spent many a mood and minute

rewinding my brain

to the wonderful cups that captured

my joy and excitement

many a color of the circle put me in

a great mood as i walked by that window

with many a secret and heard your voice

to tell you how i felt
