last wednesday you thought the world of me

this wednesday you wanna run away from me

you tell me words,feelings and sentiments and then you switch gears

without the automatic shift in motion

why you run me off the road before i even had a chance to go?

i get held and said what i'm not,however i say let the violins proclaim

always and forever and that much never changed still i gotta prove

strings of roses to your heart and soul

i never changed, i just went through storms and clouds
