understanding want and need

where have i been and where shall I go?

wake me up and forgive me for anything i may have

missed for i wasn't born to know and wasn't alive

to beware of differences and changes within a passage

of questions while awaiting the answers

where does the room take me when i refuse to

allow my door to close?

whom i wait for when thy phone becomes silent

and why must i cry when the window is closed

and there is no sound on the other end?

can't have what you want and beg to get

what you need
