embrace the now

moons told me that yesterday

was gonna be forever last week was the future

and what is standing in front of me

seems like at times a reel to reel of so much film

but then again what is the fact or the fiction?

came to pinpoint the outcry that was leading me into

a territory of words and feelings that at times were as chilly

as the north pole, had to cleanse and revamp

a new attitude and desire

the new portrait of it all is a work in progress

much like a glass of water time to clean and generate

a calm
