when you stare at me

do you feel you are turning a point in time?

as your eyes touchdown on me what makes you

lose your being for those precious moments?

where can i intercept your reaction and bring it back

on the story of you and I?

i never had a mirror to the side or behind me

but the visual ray of you is felt through me

and yet face to face i never get a direct answer or response

and why is that again?

could it be that feelings and and the heart

are two seperate objects and one must feel one

to connect the other?
