wall of beauty

dear wall tell me what you see?

more importantly what did you hear?

we have shared stories and secrets with one another

and yet we have never talked directly but we see and know

one another and like the saying goes if these walls could only talk

but if they did and could how much would they reveal and how would

they look at me beyond what was said?

would i paint over those past sentiments or would i drop curtains

near the window to keep it from commenting as well?
