Shaq and Kobe co mvps of all star weekend
it was only fitting that two of the NBA's Greatest Players Ever and former teammates who made history when they 3 peated together in the early 00's(hard to believe I'm saying the early 00's already where does the time go?) before they went there seperate ways. they shared the top honor as Co MVP's last night in Phoenix at the all star game where Shaq plays. it was a welcoming sight and also a reminder that if perhaps they had have stayed together they would have added more rings and trophys together but they did make history as it was and is. regardless if it was some PR tweaking here and there it is still good to see the Two Brothers getting along and maturing and moving on with there lives and careers respectively. the all star game itself was blah. i enjoyed the anthems, but all star games to me are so corperate and so predictable that it isn't even funny or that entertaining. i dug back in the day when the game came on earlier and you were done with it. now the NBA All Star game is treated like the super bowl or something and it isn't that deep to me. allen Iverson got that fresh hair cut which grabbed alot of headlines. Shaq stole the show before and after the game and he is one of the last true characters the NBA has left to me.
