Happy Kwanzaa

it is very important that a time of the year speaks to cultural pride and uplift. i needed to acknowledge a time of the year that makes me reflect from here to the Motherland. it is a 7 day acknowledgement and principals that are very essential for not only today but also all year long. i celebrated a few years back and reflected from within on my goals and principals. togetherness,unity, uplift and understanding yourself and family. it is so important to touch on subjects that affect us all and especially from within a culture. i look toward following all the teachings in celebrating kwanzaa. wishing the best to all who celebrate it.
