why exercising is so much fun

take a bike ride or going hiking or just walking all of the energy you use is pretty interesting and it opens your heart and breathing abilitys and so much more. i find new ways to feel good about simple exercise that i probably hadn't thought about in the past. playing pick up basketball or football is a whole lot of fun as well. then of course the vast amount of water i enjoy drinking. a good sweat goes a long ways as well. it is good to try different things and of course stretching out and getting ready for activitys,etc... push ups or just doing basic moves to work out legs and arms are good as well. so many cycles to use and ways to get into place. there are always new forms and ways of doing routines and it is good to bring that in.
