just another chance

another glance and another look

would be all it should have took

no roses in the air and no smiles

or stares that make a heart melt

naw, a moment that spoke on a ending

says it is over and the show must go on

and while you wanna feel a space

and take your mind and soul back to a place

suddenly it ain't the way you remembered it

and the sight or smell of it feels re-touched up

funny the word says you can never go back
