baseball pitcher goes upside the head of GM

heard last night that ex Houston Astro's pitcher(yeah he got cut today) Shawn Chacon got cut today for having words and grabbing the astros GM Ed Wade by the throat and taking him down and cussing him out. Chacon did what alot of workers day dream doing at some time or point to there boss for things that were said or were done,but just never acted on it. now if Chacon was a big time pitcher and was worth the headache then he would have been suspended for a week and then brought back,but this dude has a high era and is a under 500 pitcher. what you tolerate depends on the person and there overall importance to the job and tasks at hand. tempers escalate all the time,but the Pitcher got offended because he got a demotion and I'm like dude your numbers stink. now of course the GM more than likely said something foul,but still the record don't lie. still this pitcher will get another job before too long and all we be forgive. I mean this has happen before and will always happen.
