MicroSoft and Yahoo Partners???

yeah word is that Microsoft is talking about adding some more zeros behind the already offer. we are talking 50 Billion Dollars. now what would that mean in cyber Space for all? what this means is another corperate Merger of two Powerhouse Name Brands merging under one house and what would that mean for services and whatnot? I truly miss the days when everybody had there own brand name and did there own thing. when and why did everything have to become a Monopoly again? and the people who use these services on the daily aren't getting any cut on the deal between the powers. it's all a matter of time. seeing all the numbers and money involved is just mind blowing and shows how powerful modern technilogy truly is and the effect it has had on so many things in such a very short time.
