when weather is so unpredictable

what do I do when i expect some sunshine or at the very worst lite rain and then get Snow? or dealing with a mixture and then have to bundle up. weather can be funny and depending on where you live Spring time can mean different things. so I just over dressed for the day and then the sky is all warm and then I just was sweating like a Bunny in a Black Skillet. so May awaits just next week and i expect tempertures to rise hopefully but where I live anything and I do mean anything can come coming down. i have to watch the news to prepare for the weather and I still stay in shock. the weather looks and appears to be Spring,but that cold wind hit me so hard I nearly fell over. had to get gloves and put a hat on my head. the only time it has felt like spring out where I live is back in late febuary. we shall see how the tempertures go here on out.
