Man in a Shadow

sunshine reflects a shadow

but the face of the Man isn't smiling

instead day-dreaming about days gone by

and nights where the moon and stars

felt like wide smiles and grins of being

within the soul

as time goes by like the beat of a clock

and minutes turns into Hours

nobody reaches to hear the expressions

that are so glaring

instead eyes look outside the window

into the clouds to hide there own

tears
