another Rodney King type of situation in new york

so word today that three cops were found not guilty though they fired 50 shots and killed a black Man in New York. does this ever change? I mean what does it take for a black man to get justice in America if He doesn't have money or a name? it is so sad and so maddening that this same Mess goes on year after year and decade and era upon another.i mean what does this keep happening and where is the balance? things never seem to change. I mean this happen 100 years ago, 50 years ago, 30 years ago, 20 years ago,10,etc... and this is the same very country that has a Black Man running for President and this kind of injustice still goes on to this day? gotta call what i see it and what it is in truth.
