Sports World turning into Court TV

watching sports these days is like watching a episode of Court tv. Sports use to be the great escape from the Real World,but over the past few years and even past several months there seems to be something going on left and right. in all of the main sports there is something going down. where did it really start to be exact? was it Tonya Harding and her male Cohorts who had a hit on Nancy Kerring's Knees on a skating ring? of course the OJ Simpson trial was huge and is timeless. but then before that there was Mike Tyson and his conviction and that was very debateable. I mean when did Sports mirror real life so much and we cant ever get that innocence of Sports back. drugs, sex,Race, Religion, Money,etc.... this year has been very memorable for so many reasons.
