what's up with George Bush sending more troops to Iraq?

i thought once Sadaam Hussan was Executed that the war might be half way over. I mean Logic says it should be more closer to almost over,but no Bush is on tv talking about sending anywhere between 21-24,000 more troops. How come this cat ain't telling us the whole truth? I mean what is going on over there? also asking for Billions of more Money to continue this fight. but what does it mean to Americans at large? Bush is all about the Power&the Oil,but ain't handling things the right way. everytime I see this Cat on tv I just shake my head&Wonder how did He ever get into the White House not Once, but Twice? all the Money,Lives for a Fight over there&we are Two Decades deep into this and no end in sight. What Don't we Know?
