what is having that "IT"?

you see a Singer or a Athlete&you just say to yourself they have that it.
you have that Actor or that person with so much charisma&Personality that you just can't shake from because they truly stand out from the crowd.
so have you ever been in the pressence of somebody who had that "IT"?
all people are created equally,but we know this is not true because there are certain people that just have that flair that you just can't shake. as you go through life who was the last person you encountered in your life who had that "IT"? does anybody in your family have that "IT"? or has it been somebody on tv from far away that gave off that vibe?
