we remember you,but we don't want to remember you like that
we want to see closure,but we know we will never see it
we are madd as all get up,but the powers that be don't see why
we are a free country,but a city that wasn't free lost lives
we feel the dollars for tourists,but we feel the Debris in the water
we look&see&a place from a beautiful spirit of people that had there
own rhythms,styles,food,dance,music,pressence&Ability to blend so many
stories of there own as one, a Gumbo of life,love&Liberty now
we all gather through this storm&must learn we are all in this
together
