Arnold Schwarzenegger made His choice
found out today that in Europe alot of folks ain't feeling Arnold Schwarzenegger's choice at allowing the Execution of Stanley Tookie Williams earlier Tuesday Morning. many People who aren't in favor of the death penality came to rally all during last night.this will be interesting at how this places out toward Schwarzenegger's legacy as a Govornor&also gotta wonder if anything ever comes up that shows that Tookie Williams should have gotten a Life term sentence or even a new trial.this is a Interesting History lesson that in time will sway People one way or the other,but right now there is alot of tension on the matter.time will tell.

The death penalty is a joke. Most of the inmates on death row stay in prison so long that they might as well just have been given life with out parole. When I found out that Arnold had denied clemency, I almost got upset, but since I didn't quite know all the details surrounding the original trial, I didn't get to upset. I don't actually support the death penalty though, but not for political reasons, so I don't bring them up. What is your stand on the death penalty? Or do you not have one?
i think it all depends on the circumstances.if the Crime is truly henious than you gotta do something that satisfys the victims Familys in the Event. but if you are gonna keep somebody on Death row for 20-25 years then you may as well give them life because it shouldn't take as long.
