New Orleans Beat down

you know it's bad enough it's only been a Month since Hurricane katrina&things are back to Normal in New Orleans.a 64 year old Black Man being Beat up by the Police.He wasn't drunk or causing any problems,but it was business as usual.nobody can justify this incident going down.it was wrong period.Bourbon Street is just slowly getting back on it's feet&this is what is going on?I was thinking that when New Orleans does get itself together the way the City goes about dealing with all the loses of People,places&things that New Orleans could have a Hand in how People view Race Relations there,but when incidents as this happen it sets the city back 50 plus years.I don't care what nobody says this is a mess&needs to end.a City already Broken down doesn't need to add a Racial beat down when the city itself is still recovering.
