Teachers deserve more Respect&Money

My Aunt is a School teacher in St Louis,MO&She has two Grown Children. She is a Great Parent&also a Great Teacher.Her Students never forget Her. but She like so many other teachers over the past decade&change have had not only to be a Teacher but also a Parent as well at school,meanwhile they are also Parents at Home. everywhere year there is a threat of a School strike somewhere&why you ask? Because Teachers aren't given there due for the Impact they have on a child's life&Well being. it's a very tough Profession&like any other one there is alot of Politics involved&in some instances not the Best Qualified are getting the Jobs.a Classroom has turned into a Home in alot of Instances.gotta take better care of the Educators that are teaching the futures of Tommorow. I Believe Teachers should be fully Appreciated&told they are Leaders&they matter. the demands on them are a many,but the Respect,Pay&Acknowledgement is never given enough.it's time to say Thank you for Educating me&making a Better person.a Teacher can Be a Pipeline to endless Possiblitys&Beyond.
