what's up with the Mexican President Vicente Fox??

bad enough the cat was saying that Black folks didn't want to work or take certain jobs&now He almost passed a Racist Carton character on a Postage Stamp that depicted Black People about 50-70 years ago.it's very Horrible that in 2005 you have to tell somebody that something that depicts a Race of People is not acceptable&why would someone from another country resort to such negativity more than once?? it's scary that certain images are passed on through the Media&then you have to deal with such negative Ill will as this.thank goodness these Stamps didn't get passed,but what is even scary is how close this came to be.the more things change the more they stay the same.gotta ask again:is it 2005 or 1905??
